Regional road freight
Cross-border logistics is the movement of goods from one country to another, usually by road. We coordinate trucking from ports and airports into Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan and the DRC.
Our role is to schedule vehicles, manage border documentation, track transits and coordinate unloading at regional distribution points or client premises.
Key corridors
- Mombasa to Kampala — the Northern Corridor, via Malaba or Busia.
- Dar es Salaam to Kampala — the Central Corridor, through Mutukula or Namanga alternatives.
- Kampala to Kigali, Bujumbura and Goma — Great Lakes regional distribution.
- Juba and South Sudan — northern corridor links.
Documentation and compliance
Every cross-border shipment needs customs transit documents, road permits, insurance and cargo manifests. We coordinate these before the truck moves to reduce delays at borders.
